Warehouse Store Manager

Responsibilities

Schedules and supervises staff to align payroll, coverage, and performance with sales goals
Trains, coaches, and evaluates employees; enforces policies and progressive discipline as needed
Manages inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention to ensure accurate stock and pricing
Orders and verifies merchandise and supplies; monitors costs and vendor deliveries
Analyzes financial, sales, and production reports to adjust operations and meet performance targets
Maintains store appearance, organization, and compliance with safety and company standards
Resolves customer issues, supports staff with service challenges, and promotes sales on the floor
Communicates effectively with management and staff; leads regular meetings to ensure alignment
Other duties as assigned

Required

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to schedule and supervise staff to align payroll, coverage, and performance with sales goals
Experience in training, coaching, and evaluating employees; enforcing policies and progressive discipline as needed
Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention to ensure accurate stock and pricing
Ability to order and verify merchandise and supplies; monitor costs and vendor deliveries
Experience analyzing financial, sales, and production reports to adjust operations and meet performance targets
Ability to maintain store appearance, organization, and compliance with safety and company standards
Skills to resolve customer issues, support staff with service challenges, and promote sales on the floor
Effective communication skills with management and staff; ability to lead regular meetings to ensure alignment
