Responsibilities
Lead and execute the company’s supply chain and logistics strategy to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Build and manage a world-class warehouse with best-in-class performance in cleanliness, organization, and productivity
Drive Lean manufacturing principles across warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and medical device regulatory standards in all processes and documentation
Oversee order management, forecasting, and fulfillment to deliver >98% on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance
Implement and optimize ERP/WMS systems to enhance visibility and efficiency
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team committed to continuous improvement and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or warehouse operations; medical device or regulated manufacturing
Proven success transforming or managing a high-performing warehouse operation
Strong expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with ERP and WMS systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Master's degree
