Responsibilities
Supervise and manage 12-14 warehouse staff
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, cycle counts and assistance with the inventory reconciliation process
Maintains high customer service levels by managing and scheduling warehouse operations to meet customer requirements
Implement effective coaching and training of warehouse staff while ensuring accountability
Qualification
Required
Experience in a Warehouse environment required, in a Supervisory/Management role, overseeing a team of 12-14 warehouse personnel
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Forklift instruction/certification and safety/security compliance experience required
Preferred
Strong background with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes preferred
Shipping and receiving work experience preferred
Familiarity with UPS & FedEx highly desired
