Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices
Lead procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
Develop and foster relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliability and quality
Collaborate with engineering, finance, and project teams to forecast demand and plan capacity
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company goals, and provide updates to company leadership on changes in the regulatory environment
Lead, develop, and mentor the procurement team

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, construction management, or related field
7-10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry

Ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions before they arise
A leader who fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability, while maintaining a clear focus on delivering results with candor and rigor
