Lead daily operations of supply chain functions including inventory, PAR locations, and surgical supply oversight
Supervise and mentor supply chain staff, ensuring high performance, training, and compliance with procedures
Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor usage trends, and oversee ordering processes
Manage product recalls, vendor relationships, and receiving operations
Coordinate emergency supply preparedness (e.g., pandemic response, PPE readiness)
Collaborate with department heads and participate in product evaluation committees
Ensure accurate payroll, compliance with record retention policies, and adherence to safety standards
Engage in community outreach and represent MHN in key events and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in supply chain management or related field
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to maintain optimal inventory levels
