Responsibilities
Develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives
Establish a comprehensive warehouse management system, design warehouse layouts, and plan equipment allocation to drive standardization and intelligent upgrades, enhancing operational efficiency
Oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimize task routing and resource allocation, and ensure smooth, error-free warehouse operations to minimize losses
Analyze warehouse cost components (labor, equipment, and space) and implement cost-saving initiatives
Streamline processes and integrate automation tools while tracking productivity metrics (e.g., labor efficiency, floor utilization) to continuously improve cost-effectiveness
Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Optimize organizational structure to strengthen execution capabilities
Implement safety protocols, address major incidents, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and workplace safety
Partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to align supply chain resources and resolve operational bottlenecks
Gather customer insights to refine service processes, elevating satisfaction and competitive advantage
