Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager with expertise in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation industries. In this role, you will oversee procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of critical materials for major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee Procurement and Expeditor team members

Support business development and estimating teams by creating innovative material supply strategies for large infrastructure projects

Lead material bid processes by soliciting pricing from a global supplier network

Negotiate contracts with successful material supply bids

Track commodity markets to identify and mitigate material risks

Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships worldwide

Monitor project success by tracking forecasted, budgeted, and actual material pricing

Expedite material deliveries by managing manufacturing, shipment, and receipt status

Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Required

8+ years of industry experience

2+ years of people management experience

Industry experience in T&D/Energy/Substation —candidates with procurement experience solely in oil/gas will not be considered

Strong electrical background is essential

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) industry

Proven knowledge in construction contract administration, EPC procurement, and business law

Experience with supplier and subcontractor prequalification, Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, contract generation, vendor submittal management, and expediting oversight on EPC T&D projects
