Responsibilities
Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery
Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans
Promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members
Create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities
Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business
Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Related Field)
4+ years working in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, either in professional services or industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio, Access, and Tableau / Power BI
Demonstrated experience with core supply chain processes such as Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable
Demonstrated experience with designing and implementing digital supply chain solutions, applying technologies
Demonstrated experience with traditional technologies that support key supply chain functions, such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay, Third Party Risk Management/Monitoring
Demonstrated experience with process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)
Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and business case management
Demonstrated experience with evaluating summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data
Demonstrated experience with establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
Ability to translate and communicate relevant topics and issues to client personnel, including executives
Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate
Preferred
Professional Certification such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma/ Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, or similar a plus
