Responsibilities

Responsible for medium and high critical materials, equipment, and subcontracts sourcing events

Lead small groups and substitute in place of the Project Procurement Manager (PPM) performing and carrying out PPM related responsibilities

Develop negotiating strategies, assign work, plus oversee and mentor lesser tenured peers; e.g. Procurement Coordinator I and II

Responsible for sourcing activities for both estimating support on projects in the Deal Development phase and Procurement Execution activities during the life cycle of a project from RFP solicitation through the Award phase

Proficient in performing commercial analysis’ of Bidders’ proposals, writing and submitting recommendations of award and conducting Bidder conferences

Engage and maintain Supplier relationships on awarded contracts, communicating with key internal and external stakeholders and maintaining overall transparency with the Project Management Team (PMT)

Required

High School Graduate or GED

Expert level knowledge on procurement related processes and procedures

Ability to lead small groups
