Initiate and coordinate cross-team projects, set and communicate goals and timelines

Initiate and facilitate decision-making and changes, both procedural and technical

Meet challenging deadlines despite conflicting priorities

Introduce new processes and make them reproducible

Align needs and interests of the stakeholders up to C-level

Required

5+ years as a Technical Project Manager of cross-team projects or engineering manager/director of large teams (20+). Preferably a few years as SWE

Strong technical knowledge (SW architecture, infrastructure technologies)

Analytical mindset and skills; SQL/Python/shell scripting

Excellent communicator, both spoken and written

Preferred

Knowledge of recent advances in hardware (GPUs, CPUs, Networking etc) is a plus
