Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market. The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies for the equipment and services needed to support Zoox’s fleet of robotaxis, ensuring the company can build a cost-effective and scalable charging infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Identify and partner with charging providers: Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships with charging providers

Conduct partner, industry, and market research to develop a charging infrastructure partnership strategy

Identify and evaluate potential charging sites in collaboration with key internal stakeholders

Drive cost transparency and build total cost of ownership models to support partnership decisions

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key charging infrastructure partners as the lead point of contact for all commercial issues

Manage internal stakeholders with respect to partner selection and management

Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including operations, legal, and engineering, to ensure that sourcing strategies align with Zoox’s Roadmap
