15+ years expPipe Recruit is seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Cloud Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle Sourcing Cloud. The consultant will play a critical role in optimizing procurement processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Conduct and lead workshops to gather user requirements and create user stories. Analyze existing pain points and challenge users on new requirements
Design and implement new business processes in line with industry best practices and Oracle Cloud standards
Document and assess the gaps between business requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities, ensuring minimal customization
Lead hands-on configuration and implementation of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, including Sourcing/RFx, Supplier Portal, SQM, and Costing
Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud configurations and functionalities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain and procurement operations, focusing on cost savings and spend analytics
Administer and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Blend technical expertise with strategic insights to drive successful procurement solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud
Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and SQM
Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders
Preferred
Oracle Cloud certifications are desirable but not mandatory
