Responsibilities
Partner with customers to understand workflows, goals, and pain points—often embedding directly with their teams
Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to scope, prototype, and deliver solutions using the company’s AI platform
Identify and interpret key datasets that drive customer decision-making and integrate them into scalable pipelines
Design and refine workflows that solve meaningful problems and scale across functions
Lead onboarding and training to ensure user adoption and long-term impact
Present findings and strategies to stakeholders—from operators to executives
Drive customer expansion by identifying new use cases and shaping account growth
Qualification
Required
2-6 years of experience in a relevant field
Strong intuition for how software can solve real-world problems
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working hands-on with customers, from frontlines to executives
Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and be comfortable with ambiguity
Experience in analyzing messy data and complex systems to bring clarity and structure
Energized by helping organizations operationalize and scale new technology
