Responsibilities
Communicates and supports the Kirby Smith vision and core values of One Mission, One Team, One Plan, One Goal
Supports the supply chain team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Codes and enters vendor and customer invoices accurately
Organizes and maintains electronic filing systems and documentation
Assists with logistics coordination for finished goods movement and deliveries
Compiles and organizes data for reporting and analysis
Generates basic reports and assists in tracking supply chain metrics
Collaborates with internal departments to ensure timely processing and communication
Participates in process improvement and documentation projects as assigned
Consistent and reliable on-site attendance
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursues a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (college seniors preferred)
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Communicates effectively in both written and verbal forms
Displays an analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
Pushing/Pulling/Lifting/Carrying up to 50 pounds without assistance
Physical ability to squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead
Driving or sitting for long periods
Ability to hear, listen, see, and touch
Adheres to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintains individual PPE in functional condition
