Infirmary Health is seeking a Network Engineer to assist in the management and operations of their Network Infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting network problems, supporting various applications, and providing 24x7 network support as part of the IT Network group.

Responsibilities

Assists in the management, planning, monitoring, support and operations of the Network Infrastructure which includes but not limited to Cisco Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, Wireless Access Points, and security devices

Assists with testing new products, technology and configurations

Recommends networking solutions to meet departmental and organizational goals

Supports a variety of applications and processes that depend on the network

Provides 24x7 network support by participating in the IT Network group after hours on call schedule and performing scheduled maintenance and upgrades during weekends and evening hours

Required

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent work experience
