Responsibilities

Lead aftersales service in France & South EU, ensuring network coverage and service quality
Manage key accounts and dealers, expand and strengthen the service partner network
Drive service process improvements and customer satisfaction (KPIs: response time, repair quality, partner score)
Deliver training and technical support to dealers, service partners, and key customers
Act as the regional contact to HQ, coordinating with product, logistics, support, and spare parts teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Automation or related)

Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills
Experience with service partners, distributors, or key accounts
Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Able to do frequent regional travel within France & South EU
