Warehouse Distribution Manager

The Warehouse & Distribution Manager will lead logistics and warehouse operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service while driving continuous improvement and operational alignment.

Responsibilities
Direct overall warehouse and distribution operations across five locations, ensuring consistency in processes, safety, and performance
Supervise warehouse leaders at each site and the drivers based in Pasadena
Oversee receiving, shipping, storage, and transportation activities in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and WMS standards
Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery (OTD)
Manage the company’s private truck fleet, including maintenance, compliance documentation, and vehicle tracking
Evaluate and select carriers, monitor freight costs, and resolve transportation or delivery issues to ensure cost efficiency and reliability
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Manufacturing teams to align shipping schedules with production and customer needs
Lead the training and professional development of warehouse and logistics staff to promote safety, efficiency, and engagement
Travel to satellite warehouses approximately every other month to provide leadership oversight and support
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including OTD, Freight Cost, Inventory Accuracy, and Safety Metrics
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of warehouse and distribution management experience
Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-site operations and transportation activities
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage personnel, resources, and priorities in a dynamic environment
Customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel to warehouse locations regularly (approximately every other month)
Preferred
Experience with ERP, WMS, and 3PL systems preferred; IQMS experience is a plus
