Responsibilities
Develop project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather requirements and ensure project alignment
Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints
Prepare and review Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses
Ensure all construction drawings and specifications are accurately followed and implemented
Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation and collaboration
Supervise project progress, conducting regular site visits and meetings to track milestones
Implement project management best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project and Bluebeam
Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and Division 8 specifications
Experience with commercial doors, hardware, and related systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
Ability to analyze project drawings and specifications critically
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with Comsense and Avaware software is a plus
