The Senior Electrical Project Manager will develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work on electrical construction projects while leading a dynamic team and engaging with clients for business development.

Responsibilities

Identifying the appropriate resources to achieve project goals, generating preliminary assessments, technical solutions, fee proposals, and presentations

Communicating with general contractors, architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders during the construction phase

Assuming financial responsibility for projects including accurate, timely, and relevant reporting to stakeholders

Facilitating invoice payments from clients and to subcontractors, reviewing and approving subcontractor billing, and preparing client and subcontractor change orders

Assessing any potential job cost impacts and negotiating and tracking all change orders requests

Developing project staffing plans, establishing and leading associated meetings while defining individual project responsibilities

Regularly, proactively engaging with existing or potential clients to develop new relationships and project opportunities
