Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Field Operations in daily segment operations and proactively manage assigned tasks
Set up initial project documentation, subcontracts, and supporting records
Review and correct daily reports, reconcile invoices, and maintain project budget and projection spreadsheets
Review weekly payroll hours and track subcontractor insurance certifications and deductions
Schedule and track equipment and vehicle usage; maintain equipment and vehicle maintenance logs
Support site safety compliance by maintaining certifications, reviewing audits, and completing project-specific safety documentation
Coordinate with Project Management, Field Crews, and Subcontractors to support installation activities and project completion
Visit job sites as needed to deliver materials and assist with mock-ups or punch list items
Assist with onboarding and training new employees within the Field Operations segment
Provide administrative support for departments under the Director of Manufacturing and the Director of Field Operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training in construction management preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF software preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Additional education or training in construction management
Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF software
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
