They are currently seeking Unarmed Security Officers to deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce rules on various properties. The role involves monitoring surveillance, conducting patrols, and providing customer service at access points.

Responsibilities
Deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position
Patrol areas and do security checks
Provide protection for equipment and workers in factories and offices
Check the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises
Foot or vehicle patrols to detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior
Greet residents and guests, check identification, log visitor vehicles, and control access to the property
Acknowledge and greet all guests, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages
Qualification
Required
At least 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to stand for up to 8-hour periods
Must be able to do extensive walking and stair climbing
Must be able to lift up to 10lbs
Valid state licensing, if applicable
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with report writing
Monitoring and surveillance experience
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Preferred
Preferred experience with Military/Law Enforcement/ Emergency Management is a plus
Previous security experience is not required however is a plus!
