Responsibilities
Input and track guest food and beverage preferences to personalize their experience
Gather insights into guest preferences through pre-arrival communication, surveys, and feedback to tailor experiences to ensure repeat visits
Personalize the guest experience
Reach out to guests after their dining experience to gather feedback
Respond to any guests’ complaints or issues
Provide operational support such as assisting with guest flow, training staff on the importance of guest personalization, compiling a nightly shift report, etc
Performs any and all other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or a related field is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and staff
Familiarity with the Seven Rooms system or similar reservation and guest management software
Attention to detail to accurately track and personalize the guest experience
Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and feedback promptly
A passion for the hospitality industry and creating a memorable guest experience
Ability to work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams
Preferred
Experience in a fine dining environment is a plus
Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse guest preferences
