Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and design scalable AI-powered solutions
Build custom features, integrations, and workflows using cutting-edge AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI)
Partner with customer engineering and PM teams to deploy solutions and ensure sustained success
Continuously track, communicate, and align workstreams with internal and customer stakeholders
Travel on-site to work closely with strategic customers and build deep empathy for their needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience
5+ years as a backend or full-stack SWE, ideally with experience at an AI-first or developer-focused startup
Proficient in Python and familiar with deploying LLM-based workflows and evaluations
Hands-on experience with OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, or similar
Familiarity with LLM APIs, RAG architectures, and tools like Rasa, DsPy, or evaluation frameworks
Experience working directly with customers (external or internal), gathering requirements, and delivering impact
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel for onsite work with customers as needed (up to 20%)
