Responsibilities
Collaborate with our CEO and cross-functional teams (Support, Success, Sales, Strategy, Marketing) to take features from idea to production rapidly, ship improvements regularly, and iterate based on real-world use
Optimize product for performance and stability
Participate in stand-ups and code reviews, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
4+ years work experience writing well-tested and highly scalable PHP code
Practical experience building software with OpenAI models, including strong prompt-writing skills, parameter tuning (temperature, top-p), and designing reliable LLM-powered features
Strong experience with Javascript and Javascript frameworks
Experience with Python
Experience with automated testing tools and techniques
Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
Strong experience with AWS / cloud-based infrastructure
