Responsibilities
Collaborate on the planning needs for localized promotion of contracts on the platform, identifying local Crypto channels, agents, and high-quality KOLs
Serve as the primary point of contact for channels, agents, or KOLs, handling activities, feedback, coordination, and related matters
Work with growth operations and channels/agents/KOLs to design and execute effective campaigns aimed at acquiring more contract users, improving contract user conversion rates, and increasing contract trading volume
Responsible for expanding local contract resources, completing business development, brand collaborations, resource exchanges, and other related tasks
Achieve the corresponding KPI performance targets within the team
Qualification
Required
Over two years of experience in financial BD or related fields, with an understanding of local cryptocurrency policies and trends
No restrictions on nationality or language; proficiency in at least Chinese or English is required
A certain level of understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminology and trends, with an enthusiasm for crypto culture
Ability to work flexible or extended hours and engage frequently with the crypto community as needed
Familiarity with social media platforms such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Instagram, with personal insights and unique perspectives on KOL-generated content
Preferred
Preference for candidates with resources in crypto contracts, futures, stocks, or financial literacy communities
Candidates with more experience will be considered as BD team leader
