They are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform essential work to keep properties in great shape, complete service requests, and conduct routine preventative maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management
Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections
Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs
Qualification
Required
You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience preferred
You're able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
