Responsibilities

Obtain clear, detailed understanding of proposal strategy and communicate with the Commodity Team. Manage quotation requests with appropriate suppliers to ensure industry competitive component pricing within the requested time frame

Understand the marketplace and maintain knowledge of the key suppliers and manufacturers

Participate in Executive Proposal Review to address any materials related questions and/or concerns. Present professional approach to suppliers as required during the quotation process

Establish and maintain relationships with key manufacturers and matrix suppliers to ensure Plexus Corporation receives registered and/or contracted pricing for all applicable components

Required

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience

Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization

Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities

Continuous improvement mindset
