Responsibilities

Lead RFQ activities and supplier negotiations across North America

Develop and execute supplier agreements, extensions, and change orders

Drive cost reduction and report sourcing savings by category

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and reliability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

At least 5+ years experience sourcing on-site and/or embedded contractors – i.e. I&E, industrial cleaning, HVAC services & LDAR is required

Strong negotiation skills (labor rates experience preferred)

Knowledge of 7-step sourcing process is required

Clear, concise communication with stakeholders

Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs
