Responsibilities
Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety
Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet deadlines and service goals
Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff
Maintain organized inventory and accurate records through warehouse management systems
Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and implement practical solutions
Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment
Enforce safety procedures, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Step in as needed to perform warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, labeling, and palletizing
Qualification
Required
5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong leadership skills, with a hands-on, team-first attitude
Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure
Experience with inventory control systems and standard warehouse equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Reliable, adaptable, and willing to take initiative
Preferred
Experience in consumer goods or logistics distribution environments
Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms
OSHA or forklift certification a plus
