Remote Client Success & Property Operations Manager
HireLATAM is a premier recruitment agency that places top Latin American talent in independent contractor roles in US companies. They are seeking an experienced Client Success & Operations Manager to serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and residents, addressing and resolving issues while managing operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Own and manage client accounts by driving detailed and responsive resolutions for inquiries and issues by coordinating and communicating with clients, residents, and vendors via email, phone, and SMS
Source and manage vendors and coordinate recurring service and one-time maintenance work orders - approvals, scheduling, follow-up, proof-of-completion, and billing
Communicate fluently and quickly in English, and escalate issues proactively, clearly, and efficiently
Perform data entry and analysis proficiently using spreadsheets and databases to understand insights and actions required
Create, process, and manage invoices for both clients and vendors
Be proactive and resourceful in identifying missing information to move tasks forward
Qualification
Required
Around 5 years of experience in property management
Prior experience in a management and operations role where you were individually responsible for interfacing directly with clients, vendors, and residents. Ideally in property management with responsibility in client success, vendor management, maintenance coordination, etc
Excellent English-first written and verbal communication skills. Communicates proactively and frequently in a remote work environment
Experience managing other team members
Independent and resourceful with a problem-solver mentality
Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly. Proficiency with managing data in spreadsheets
Experience in accounting or invoice management
Familiarity with customer support and accounting tools like Zendesk, Front, QuickBooks or similar platforms
