Oracle SaaS HCM Program Manager
Concept Plus, LLC is a mission-focused technology solutions provider that transforms IT concepts into impactful solutions for federal agencies. They are seeking an Oracle SaaS HCM Program Manager to lead a large-scale migration to a Cloud SaaS model utilizing the Oracle Fusion suite, managing technical resources and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.

Responsibilities
Serve as team lead and manage all aspects of this project
Manage all technical resources responsible for the completion of this initiative
Lead delivery, drive stakeholder engagement, and shape communication strategies to promote and secure partnerships necessary for client success
Define one or more stakeholder engagement plans in support of the overall stakeholder engagement strategy
Deliver and promote strategic communication and stakeholder engagement plans to foster adoption of this consolidated technical offering to disparate stakeholders
Prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder inquiries
Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders
Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timeline
Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops, and report to the client on progress
Provide input into weekly/monthly reports
Collaborate with the client and stakeholders to gather requirements
Develop and deliver high-quality internal and external communications material
Provide management oversight of project schedule and deliverables
Frequently track and report on project schedule and deliverable status
Develop presentations and compelling content relevant to the project scope
Coordinate and schedule timely client meetings and actively facilitate meetings as beneficial for project completion and client success
Qualification
Required
US Citizen
Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance
Minimum of 10 to 12 years of PM and stakeholder engagement experience within the federal government
Oracle Fusion Cloud and Migration Experience
Oracle ERP Experience
Oracle HCM Experience
Demonstrated project and client management expertise
Significant experience managing systems integration efforts and managing stakeholder engagement with various stakeholder groups within the Federal Government
Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans
Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments
Ability to prepare responses and an audience-appropriate narrative quickly
Can clarify ambiguity and drive client results through personal initiative
Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player
Strong project management and people management skills
Ability to schedule work and deliver on tight deadlines
Preferred
ITIL or PMP Certification preferred
Oracle Cloud Certifications preferred
