Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing efforts for private equity investments and industry operators, with a focus on technology, tech-enabled services, industrial tech, and consumer sectors

Assist in conducting value-add diligence to build conviction to make investments and partner with industry operators

Develop proficiency in modeling and structuring of equity investments

Ensure successful execution of investment transactions

Assist in the development of and help drive value creation initiatives

Collaborate closely with other members within Rockefeller Asset Management

Uphold and promote our firm’s culture and values around integrity, community care and pursuing excellence

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with a focus on Finance, Investments, or related fields

3+ years of prior professional work experience in finance, consulting, or related industries

Effective communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly in written and verbal form

Ability to work closely in a team environment

Exhibit integrity, responsibility, empathy, enthusiasm and proactivity

High levels of curiosity and receptivity to fresh approaches to investing

Preferred

Foreign language a plus
