Responsibilities
Provide analytical support for strategic sourcing projects focused on driving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across Corporate Sourcing and key spend areas
Support the 9-step strategic sourcing process by delivering data analysis, reporting, and fact base development
Contribute to category strategy development through insights and data-driven recommendations
Track and report spend trends in key MRO categories to identify cost-saving opportunities
Benchmark Mosaic’s costs against market indicators such as PPI, CPI, and commodity pricing to ensure competitiveness
Monitor contractor and supplier performance against agreed commercial terms
Lead regional sourcing projects, including supplier market identification, RFP/RFI development, market basket creation, and analysis
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Procurement Corporate Services, to support supplier negotiations and strategy execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, major in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
5+ years of experience in purchasing, financial analysis, contract negotiations, and/or enterprise business systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Procurement experience
Strategic Sourcing experience
Supply Chain Management experience
