Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation from intake to trial
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions with precision and strategy
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and represent them in court
Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and deliver results
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
1+ years of personal injury litigation experience required
Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple cases
Trial experience or readiness to gain trial exposure
