Responsibilities
Partner with a senior executive responsible for parts of firmwide strategy and operations to help drive cross-functional projects, align resources, and enhance the firm’s operating capabilities
Collaborate with leaders across the organization to turn complex, unstructured challenges into clear, actionable workstreams
Monitor the execution of firmwide strategies, evaluate performance against goals, and recommend course corrections based on data and feedback
Identify and implement practices that drive operational efficiency, promote scalable processes, and support the firm’s rapid growth
Communicate to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment
Implement change management strategies to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or higher in any academic field is required
At least seven years of experience in a strategic or high-leverage operating role within financial services, technology, consulting, government, or a high-growth environment
Experience navigating fluid, high‑stakes initiatives, distilling shifting priorities and incomplete information into actionable insights, and steering strategies in real time based on emerging data and evolving feedback
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and build agreement
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable approach, with a rigorous work ethic and a willingness to take initiative and contribute across a range of responsibilities
