Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth testing on a wide variety of systems, applications, and enhancements to ensure high-quality and reliable products

Coordinating and leading all aspects of testing, create and execute test plans, identify and document defects, and collaborate with development teams and vendors, to ensure the functionality of software solutions

To ensure service coverage, all levels may also be required to complete duties for any other level

The level II incumbent will complete more moderately complex services, that are of a wider variety

The incumbent at the Level III, in addition to working independently with less supervision and performing the most complex tasks, will serve as the senior, most experienced member of the team

They may perform cross functional services within the team and serve as an influencer

The Level III may be required to serve as a lead for projects when needed
