Hillenbrand is a global industrial company providing mission-critical processing equipment and solutions. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations, develop strategic plans, and support business growth in the Pennsylvania region.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers daily
Meet team targets and key performance indicators
Maintain knowledge of industry trends affecting company sales, reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
Assist leadership in annual review, preparation, and administration of sales forecasts
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products
Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives
Prepare periodic sales reports, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
Monitor and evaluate activities and products of competitors
Travel up to 50-75% of the time, including overnight stays
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics industry
Ability to utilize CRM software
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Industry experience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics manufacturing
