Greeting patients and making them comfortable upon their arrival
Answering phones and managing front office communications effectively
Checking patients in and out for their appointments
Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for all dentists
Handling insurance verifications and understanding insurance claim processes
Managing insurance claims and tracking accounts receivable, experience here is a plus
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in a dental office setting
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures
Familiarity with health and safety regulations specific to dental practice
Experience using Dentrix software and possessing strong computer skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexible, able to multitask effectively under pressure
Exceptional customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor
Preferred
Experience managing insurance claims and tracking accounts receivable
