Responsibilities
Perform demolition of existing bathroom components safely and efficiently
Install new bathroom fixtures, vanities, showers, tubs, flooring, and tile
Conduct painting and finishing work to meet Bath Tune-Up standards
Complete drywall and Sheetrock repairs as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction
Follow company processes and timelines to deliver projects on schedule
Qualification
Required
English as a first language (for safety and communication purposes)
Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related trades
Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniques
Competence in: Demo work, Installation (fixtures, flooring, etc.), Painting, Sheetrock repair and finishing
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Previous experience working in residential remodeling or construction
Familiarity with Bath Tune-Up or similar remodeling systems
