Conduct industry research
Build financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions
Draft offering memorandums for public or private financings
Prepare client presentation materials
Work with clients to execute financing or merger transactions
Some travel by car and/or air in conjunction with local, regional and/or national travel, up to 10%
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
0-2 years as a business analyst, or related experience in brokerage industry
Experience with financial modeling and analysis with significant exposure to finance and accounting
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Knowledge of the financial markets, the industry, the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology
Highly-motivated and energetic while managing one's time
Effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines to ensure the timely completion of all items
Demonstrates professionalism, superior attention to detail, integrity, maturity, intellectual curiosity, initiative and good judgment
Takes pride of ownership for wins and accountability for losses/mistakes with the ability to work in teams
Excellent conceptualization, presentation and communication skills to effectively execute change
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
