Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Multi-Track Management: Oversee and guide concurrent projects, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery
Blocker Removal: Proactively identify and remove technical and process blockers to keep development flowing smoothly
Risk Management: Monitor project progress closely, raising alerts and escalating issues proactively when things are not on track
Story Definition: Ensure that engineering stories are well-defined, clear, and ready for development
Delivery Assurance: Drive and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all assigned projects
Communication: Act as a central point of contact for technical discussions, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders and fostering strong communication within your team
Qualification
Required
Very solid experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java
Deep expertise in Java and experience with React
Proven leadership abilities in a technical capacity. This role is more focused on technical leadership than people management
Exceptional communication skills – a must-have for success in this role
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to communication
Excellent context-switching abilities, with the capacity to lead multiple development tracks simultaneously
English Professional Proficiency is a must-have
Preferred
Experience in Golang
