Responsibilities
Providing and tracking quotes to aerospace customers
Entering orders, tracking deliveries and following up with customers on status changes
Onboarding customers, providing necessary information/documentation to set Specialty Hose up as a vendor
Answering the phone to support sales and customer service
Backing up the senior inside sales representative for aerospace
Facilitating customer documentation requirements
Providing exceptional customer service
Supporting and collaborating on marketing and business development efforts
Qualification
Required
A dedicated sense of customer service
Ability to work independently and as a team
Exceptionally organized with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - personable
Good computer skills and proven experience with Microsoft Office applications
A desire and willingness to learn
Adaptability to change – daily and long-term
