The role involves managing warehouse operations, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining inventory controls while adhering to safety requirements.

Business Development

Responsibilities

Strategically manage all warehouse operations in compliance with all applicable company policies, processes and vision as well as regulatory requirements

Setup warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization

Develop, coordinate and enforce applicable policies and processes

Maintain inventory controls utilizing company tools and resources

Ability to effectively set goals, and monitor and manage performance of team to meet company objectives

Identify and conduct training as needed

Ensure team obtains and maintains current job skills and certifications as required by role

Adheres to all safety precautions and follow all safety requirements to properly complete job tasks

Performs other job-related duties as assigned
