Responsibilities
10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building, shipping and owning production systems end to end
Deep experience designing, scaling and optimizing backend architectures, microservices and serverless solutions (Node.js / AWS)
Strong fullstack experience with React/TypeScript on frontend (architecture, performance optimization, micro frontends patterns)
Expert in GraphQL, REST and event-driven architectures, able to simplify, evolve and standardize complex systems
Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora) and reusable platform patterns
Strong data modeling experience with NoSQL (DynamoDB) and relational (PostgreSQL)
Excellent technical problem-solving skills: identifies root causes fast, proposes pragmatic solutions and drives execution
Strong background in Unit Testing, TDD, CI/CD pipelines, observability and automation
Technical leadership and mentorship: able to elevate engineers, drive best practices, define standards and act as the technical reference
Experience evaluating and leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Amazon Q) to increase speed, quality and developer throughput
Proactive ownership mindset focused on continuous improvement of codebases, architecture and engineering processes
