Lead the design and development of scalable and reliable platform technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

Optimize and enhance existing systems for performance and scalability

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery

Required

8+ years of experience writing code in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, TypeScript, Bash, Go), with a strong focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions

Proven expertise in designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale, complex systems, including advanced Gradle optimizations, JVM performance tuning, and multi-application orchestration

Extensive hands-on experience with multiple CI tools, such as AWS CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD, with the ability to evaluate and implement the best solutions for a given context

8+ years of experience working with Cloud Technologies, with expertise in architecting secure, cost-optimized, and scalable cloud-native solutions

Advanced proficiency with CD tools, such as Spinnaker and ArgoCD, with the ability to design and implement sophisticated deployment workflows

Deep experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including multi-region deployments, advanced networking, and implementing service meshes

Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Crossplane, or Pulumi, with a focus on modular and reusable design patterns

Technical leadership: Proven track record of mentoring engineers, driving architectural decisions, and leading complex projects from ideation to delivery

Strategic influence: Ability to align technical execution with business priorities and provide thought leadership to influence technical direction at an organizational level
