The intern will work with various departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Register machinery and equipment for production department
Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
Ensure that all facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and that staff is trained to use it
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and health and safety standards
Preparing reports and compliance documentation
Work with other departments to identify and prioritize facility-related projects and allocate resources accordingly
Work with safety officer for 5s and safety patrol
