Coperion is an industry leader in compounding and extrusion, and they are seeking a Tool Engineer to ensure tool efficiency according to requested quality. The role involves managing tools, preparing related documents, optimizing inventory, and supporting new technology implementation.

Responsibilities

Tool Management (Assembly, preset, calibrate the tools, quality checking for incoming tools, maintain the tools, tool inventory, PO of Tool releasing etc.)

Preparing of Tool Fixtures, order related documents

Controlling and optimizing the tool in warehouse

Administering the purchasing order of the tools of tools

Support the investigation, development and implementation of new technologies

Follow up the use condition of tools and to solve tool problem under guidance of MTD,addressed by the manufacturing team
