Mid LevelEarthtones Companies is seeking a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager responsible for managing and growing client relationships in landscape maintenance services. The role involves overseeing operations, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for assigned commercial landscape maintenance accounts
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and site visits
Oversee landscape maintenance operations to ensure contract compliance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Identify enhancement opportunities and prepare proposals for additional services
Partner with production managers and crews to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance services efficiently
Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability for assigned accounts
Handle client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively
Assist in the training and development of field staff to maintain high performance and safety standards
Support company initiatives related to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a related field
Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and landscape management software
Bilingual in English and Spanish
