Responsibilities
Own a personal book of business within agency recruitment, delivering substantial individual billings (£200k+ per year or equivalent in USD)
Manage full 360 recruitment processes for Life Sciences and MedTech clients, from sourcing to deal closure
Build and nurture strategic client and candidate relationships, identifying opportunities for both contract and permanent placements
Collaborate with colleagues in Miami and international offices to maximize cross-sell opportunities
Ensure compliance with all recruitment, immigration, and contract regulations relevant to US and international talent
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Life Sciences or Tech recruitment within a recruitment agency
Track record of significant individual billings (£200k+ per year or equivalent in USD)
Comfortable working with international candidates and clients, including US citizens and relocation processes
Strong cultural fit: collaborative, quality-focused, adaptable, and motivated by autonomy and results
Ambition to grow professionally within a high-performing, international recruitment business
