They are seeking a Head of Finance to build the financial engine that enables the company to scale, working directly with the CEO and leadership team on FP&A, budgeting, and strategic insights.

Responsibilities
Own FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
Build and refine financial models to handle a complex, variable revenue model (inventory consignment, take-rates, large transactions)
Provide strategic insights on margin structure, capital allocation, and scaling strategy
Create investor-ready reporting and financial plans
Operate as a player-coach: hands-on in the early stages, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the company grows
Qualification
Required
7–12 years' experience in finance roles with clear progression (FP&A, Finance Manager, Director/VP Finance)
A blend of large-company rigor (complex modeling, FP&A discipline) and startup/scale-up grit (rolling up your sleeves, building from scratch)
Strong FP&A skills, financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning is your skillset
Experience in supply chain, logistics, marketplaces, manufacturing, or capital-intensive industries is a strong plus
Comfort operating as an individual contributor initially, with the drive to scale into building and leading a team
